Saint Ann's Cathedral Masses
Every Sunday Mass is held at 10:30a.m. at Saint Ann's Cathedral in Pottsville, Pennsylvania 912 West Market St. Everyone is welcome to join us as we celebrate the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.

Sixteenth new members were Confirmed at Saint Ann's Cathedral during Holy Mass on September 25, 2011 by His Excellency Most Rev. Ramzi R. Musallam Archbishop. During Holy Mass Abp Musallam welcomed the Most Rev. Alphonse Mascherino Alux. Bishop in the Archdiocese of Saint James CCE.
Saint Ann's Cathedral is invitating the community to participate in a fund drive for our local counties who have been effected by the flood.
Following items to be collectal cleaning items to be used and bags. You can drop of your donated items at the Cathedral every day at 4:30p.m. and Saturday all day 9-6p.m. or you may call the Cathedral to make an appointment to drop your donations.
Elevation to Minor Orders of the Church. On October 23, 2011 at Saint Ann's Cathedral Bishop Musallam will elevate to Tonsure Keith Frey member of Saint Ann's Cathedral during the 10:30a.m. Holy Mass. We ask all faithful to pray for our brother in Christ.
Funeral Mass of Resurrection for Theresa Zrelack on Saturday October 15, 2011 at 2:00p.m.

Arabic Catholic Church Seminary
Seminarians of the Catholic Church of the East / Arabic Catholic Church will began Seminary Classes August 5, 2011. All members of the Church are asked to pray for the new seminarians of the Church and for the spiritual growth of the Church.

On September 11, 2011 will mark the tenth anniversary of Flight 93 in Shanksville PA.
The Most Rev. Ramzi R. Musallam will be the principal celebrant at Flight 93 Memorial Chapel. All members of the Archdiocese are invited to attend the Mass celebration in memory of the fallen heros of Flight 93.
Holy Mass at the Chapel is celebrated every Sunday at 11:00a.m.

The Archdiocese has established a building fund for the purchase of the new Church Cathedral, Rectory, and Church Hall. We kindly ask all members of the Church to contribute to the Building Fund. Your help in continuing the mission of the Church in building the kingdom of God is very important.

On February 5, 2011 Catholic Church of the East Archdiocese of Saint James the Apostle USA has now and hereby the guidance of the Holy Spirit has granted the approval of Building a new St. Thamos Center for Social Rehabilitation in Bethlehem to meet the needs of the people of God through out Palestine, Israel
Father Elias Abdo Episcopal Vicar in the Holy Land will head this mission effective February 5, 2011.

Archbishop's Appointment
The Rev. Father Harold Plaza is now the Epsicopal Vicar for the Diocese of Saint Paul in the Philippines. Appointment is effective as of Sunday November 20, 2011 on the Solemnity of Christ the King.

Litany Devotions on Cards
Parishes in the Archdiocese can call the Chancery to order prayers card with beautiful images of our Lord and Mother, Pictures 8'' x10'' of our Lady and Christ with prayers on the back. Litanies for devotions on cards 4'' x 8'' Pastors are asked to order for your Church celebrations. The above listings are to be use as approved for the celebrations according to the Rite of this Church.
